The properties are quite unique because of the central location, history of the buildings and outstanding architectural styles. Wire and Bond are well-connected in a multi-faceted area full of high-end shops, cafes, hotels, restaurants and cultural landmarks. Wire's facade is a replica of Farnese Palace in Rome designed by Michelangelo and Bond features a multicolored facade and stepped roof lines.
