The o’scense launch required a mobile-first Shopify shop and the operating route behind it: stock, payments, Monta fulfilment, Pathway invoices, returns and credits.

    Test the handoffs around orders, inventory, subscriptions, invoices, returns and measurement.

Outcome / 04

What the system produced.

The shop was built, tested and prepared for launch with three payment routes and a documented order-to-credit flow. Final go-live timing remained dependent on external Pathway and Monta handoffs.

Evidence status

The metrics describe the connected programme and are not attributed to E-commerce alone. Delivery scope was reconciled against the build deck and completion handoff on 11 July 2026. Performance targets are not presented as results; the shop’s external Pathway and Monta go-live handoffs were still being completed.
